1992–2010
Foundation Period
Grant Group originates from Mountains West Ranches, founded in 1992. For nearly twenty years, the business operated on simple principles: honest transactions, local expertise, and dependable execution.
2011–2021
Acceleration & Systems Era
Beginning in 2011, the company entered a period of disciplined modernization — bringing structure, data, and scalable processes into every part of the land lifecycle. Through relentless refinement of one product in one county, the team executed thousands of signed land purchase agreements and generated $125M+ in cumulative land sales.
2022–Present
Formation of the Grant Group platform
Grant Group is the evolution of that momentum — an ecosystem designed to build and support future operators, teams, and investors.
